This is designed as a full time non-trade course. On successfully completing this course, you will be issued a Certificate III in Hospitality (commercial cookery). The course has both practical training within a professionally set up commercial kitchen and theoretical classes. You would be required to attend a period of two days per week for one year and three months. After completing the course you will have the knowledge and skills required to work in a commercial kitchen.

Diploma Of Hospitality

This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent as a Manager in any hospitality functional area. Individuals who have completed this course possess a sound theoretical and practical knowledge base and are able to use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan. carry out and evaluate their own and/or the work of their team.
